Customer Center Portal Update

Virgin Valley Water District (VVWD) is excited to announce that we have partnered with a third-party provider to manage our customer portal.  You are now able to log onto the Xpress Bill Pay website to make your VVWD water payments.  You can now receive text notifications regarding your statements, payments and auto-pays. Xpress also offers an app to all IOS users that allows you to pay on the go.

Current Auto Pay Customers, Avoid Duplicate Auto Payments:

If you are CURRENTLY having the VVWD withdraw your payment on the 10th of each month, DO NOT set up for auto payment through this new customer portal. You will only utilize this new customer portal for VIEWING your monthly bill, all withdrawals will remain in effect. If you have any changes or cancellations, please contact our office immediately.

Traveling Out of Country?

As an added security measure to better protect your sensitive data, Xpress Bill Pay blocks IP addresses from outside the U.S. and Canada from accessing www.xpressbillpay.com. Prior to travel outside the U.S. and Canada, we recommend setting up your account(s) to be paid via Auto Pay.

Customers living or traveling outside the U.S. and Canada can also call 1-866-857-3105 to make payment by phone or they can email customerserivce@vvwdnv.com to discuss payment options.  However, please do not send your credit/debit card or banking information via email.

Register for Your Online Account and Sign Up for Paperless Billing

 

  1. Go to https://www.xpressbillpay.com (If you already have a Xpress Bill Pay account see instructions below)
  2. Click “Sign Up” at the top of the screen
  3. Fill in your email and password, then click in the “I’m not a robot” box and follow prompts
  4. Complete the short registration form and click “Next”
  5. Go to your inbox and open the verification email, click “Verify Email” and “Continue” to log in.
  6. Select your billing organization by searching with the local area zip code 89027.
  7. Enter your account number and last name on the VVWD account and select “Locate Account” then click in the box to opt-in for paperless and select “Add Account”
  8. It will then show that you have successfully added your VVWD account
  9. You can then set up for Auto Pay or click on “Not Now” if you do not wish to have this bill paid automatically through the Xpress Bill pay site. This site may be utilized for Viewing purposes only
  10. If you selected “set up Auto pay”, you will now be walked through steps to set up an Auto Payment Method for the VVWD Account

Already have an Xpress Bill Pay Account with the City of Mesquite and need to ADD the VVWD account to your existing Xpress Bill Pay Account?

 

  1. Go to https://www.xpressbillpay.com and log in
  2. Click on Add Account (left hand side)
  3. Locate the Billing Organizations using the local zip code of 89027 and click search.
  4. Click on Virgin Valley Water District (VVWD) logo
  5. Enter your VVWD account number and last name on your VVWD account, then select “Locate Account” then select “Add Account”
  6. You will then have both City of Mesquite and Virgin Valley Water District Accounts showing as payable through Xpress Bill Pay’s Web Site
  7. Make sure you have set up the new payment method for your New Account(s), they will NOT automatically be set
Want to go Paperless?

 

  1. Go to https://www.xpressbillpay.com and log in
  2. Click “View Bill” under the account you would like to be paperless
  3. Locate the “Paperless (Off)” button
  4. Click the button to turn “Paperless (On)”
