Establishing a Developer / Contractor Account
There are now two options for our developers to submit water service applications and pay fees:
In the Office:
When the developer is ready for a meter to be installed at the property the following application will need to be turned in to the District along with payment of meter fees.
Application for water service requires that the developer has read and agrees with the current Operating Rules, Regulations and Policies document, which contains other information and agreements for different parts of the construction process.
Online:
Effective October 2021, the District now offers the application and payment of fees to be submitted online and paid through the Xpressbillpay site. Xpressbillpay is the Districts online partner for easy submittal and payment for System Development and Installation Fees.
Construction Water from Public or Private Fire Hydrants
If you wish to sign up for rental of a hydrant meter, the following application will need to be filled out and returned to the district. The district requires at least 2 business days’ notice to install a hydrant meter.
This application requires that the developer has read and agrees with the current Operating Rules, Regulations and Policies (section 6-9) which contains other information and requirements.
