Payment Options

 

  • Set up Automatic payment from your checking or savings account at the VVWD Office
  • Online access through Xpress Bill pay for one-time, or automatic payments.

If you are CURRENTLY having the VVWD withdraw your payment on the 10th of each month, DO NOT set up for auto payment through this new customer portal. You will only utilize this new customer portal for VIEWING your monthly bill, all withdrawals will remain in effect. If you have any changes or cancellations, please contact our office immediately.

Payment Options
Automatic Withdrawal

Automatic withdrawal from checking or savings accounts for the payment of water service bills can be arranged by submitting a completed Authorization Form to the Virgin Valley Water District.  Authorized funds will be withdrawn from the appropriate account on the 10th day of each month.

All completed Automatic Withdrawal (ACH) forms must be returned to the District Office in order to be processed. Forms must be received prior to the 1st day of the month in order to go in effect for that month. All forms received after the 1st will be processed the following month.  Any Change or Cancellation must also be received by the 1st day of the month.

Credit Card

Log in to Xpress bill pay for paying your bill by credit card.  In order to pay on the Xpress bill pay website, customers must set up an account with Xpress and then add the District’s account as an account to pay through their site.

You may call our office at 702-346-5731 Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm to make water payments by phone. (excluding all legal holidays)

In Person at the District Office

Payment can be made during regular office hours at the Virgin Valley Water District, 500 Riverside Road, Mesquite, Nevada 89027. Office hours are between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. Personal checks, credit cards, cash or money orders will be accepted.

Mail-in Payment

To pay by mail, send your statement along with a check or money order (no cash). The address to send your payment to is:

Night Drop at the District Office

A 24-hour drop box is located outside the office of the Virgin Valley Water District, 500 Riverside Road, Mesquite, Nevada. Payments made in this manner will be retrieved at 8:00 AM each working day and posted during that day. Checks and money orders only; no cash should be deposited in the night drop box.
