The Conditional Commitment for Water Service (CCWS) Fee will increase from $3,300/Equivalent Dwelling Unit to $3,370/Equivalent Dwelling Unit for all three fiscal years.

The System Development Charge will decrease from $6,603/Equivalent Dwelling Unit to $6,404/Equivalent Dwelling Unit.

The Equivalent Dwelling meter ratio for meters 1″ and larger will increase due to much more water being consumed in the larger meters compared to the baseline 3/4″ meter.
