The Virgin Valley Water District is governed by a five member Board representing Mesquite and Bunkerville. The Board operates under the enabling Nevada legislation, Bylaws, and other rules and regulations. Those documents can be found on this website. Other information that can be found include Board meeting agendas and past meeting minutes.

The Board meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 5:00 p.m. at the District offices at 500 Riverside Road, Mesquite, NV 89027.

Placing Agenda Items on the Board Agenda: Specific steps and requirements must be met to have an item included as part of the Board’s agenda for upcoming meetings. Timing, information, and requestor must be identified. For more specific information, see the details in the document below.

• Public Comment Form – Pursuant to Section 1 of the Declaration of Emergency Direction 006 issued by the State of Nevada Executive Department which suspends the requirement in NRS 241.023(1)(b) that there will be NO PHYSICAL LOCATION for the meeting of public bodies where members of the public are permitted to attend and participate.  As required by the Governor’s Declaration of Emergency Direction 006 Section 2, members of the public may submit public comments via email.  Download form to complete.
