In June 2018 the Virgin Valley Water District partnered with Caselle Community Connect to accept payments for the District’s water customers accounts.

• Caselle Community Connect is the service that VVWD selected starting in August 2026. 
• Mobile Apps are in development

If you are already a customer, view your customer account balance, set up payment options to pay your bill, see your payment and water history, or go paperless by logging onto the Caselle Community Connect site.

The District’s current monthly billing rates are available for viewing under Rates & Billing.

If you are a developer, our resources under developer info will guide you through the process.
