Establishing a Developer / Contractor Account

When a developer is ready for a meter to be installed at the property the following application will need to be turned into the District along with payment of meter fees. You can fill out the pdf form of the Developer’s Application or form below

• Developer’s Application
• Payment of SDC and Installation Fees

Application for water service requires that the developer has read and agrees with the current Operating Rules, Regulations and Policies document, which contains other information and agreements for different parts of the construction process.

Construction Water from Public or Private Fire Hydrants

If you wish to sign up for rental of a hydrant meter, the following application will need to be filled out and returned to the district.  The district requires at least 2 business days’ notice to install a hydrant meter.

• Application for Hydrant Meter Rental must be emailed to customerservice@vvwdnv.com or filled out in the office.

This application requires that the developer has read and agrees with the current Operating Rules, Regulations and Policies (section 6-9) which contains other information and requirements.

DEVELOPER’S APPLICATION

The completion of this application is required for all new accounts.
