The purpose of this study is to provide a preliminary evaluation and cost estimate for a potential Virgin River Water Treatment Plant (WTP). This evaluation will cover various aspects of the project, including the conceptual treatment plant components, treatment process alternatives, and other related improvements needed to deliver treated water into the system.
